A Good Ole’ Triangle Stretch

I know that there are a lot of people who have no idea what a triangle stretch is, but I bet that you have actually done it before. The triangle stretch is very easy to do and it is a great way to stretch out your arms, your sides, and your legs. Stand straight up with your arms to your sides. Lift your arms up so that you form a “T” shape with your body. Spread your legs a little more than shoulder width apart. Using the movement of only your waist, bend your body over so that your right hand is touching your right foot and your left hand and arm and sticking straight up in the air to form a perfect triangular shape with your body. Hold your body like this for about thirty seconds (fifteen seconds if it becomes too much for your) and then bend your body back into the “T” shape. Repeat this same movement on the other side.
