Don’t Be Afraid of the Pain

That’s right. There really is no need to be afraid of the pain that you feel when you get in a good workout. If you are feeling your muscles burn, that is something to celebrate. It means you are giving them a good workout and they are being used enough to get into shape. Basically, you are fueling your body and boosting your weight loss. Now this does not mean that the “excruciating” pain that you feel is the “right” kind of pain. If you are in unbearable pain to the point where you cannot move without screaming, that is bad, and you should medical attention. Now if you are in just a little bit of pain right after doing a workout and you feel like your muscles and joints are aching, that is the result of a very good, and very hard workout. This is the kind of pain that is good.
