Get Some Help With Those Crunches

Crunches can be very hard for some to do and they can actually do more harm than good. Now this is only if you do the original versions of crunches. Basically this means if you lay on the floor on your back and do them. The best way to do crunches that are effective are on a stability ball. When you are on a stability ball and doing crunches, you are getting a full range of the workout. When you lean back on the ball you are stretching your abdominal muscles out even more than you would if you were just laying on the floor. You will notice an immediate strengthening in your ab muscles once you lift up on the ball just once. Be sure that you do not go back too far when you are leaning back because you could end up pulling a muscle and we all know how painful that can be.
