Let Your House Give You A Workout

When you are thinking of ways that you can workout without having to go to a gym, maybe you should think about your creative side and let your house provide you with a workout.

So let’s say you can’t make it to the gym to get a workout on the elliptical or on the stair climber…well, if you have stairs in your home, you can get a workout. Just practice going up and down the stair in a rhythm. Increase your intensity as you go along. If you are trying to workout your arms, you should consider using a chair, stepstool, or a mini ladder to do chest presses and shoulder presses. If you need to do sit ups, but need some support, try using a stability ball or hook your feet up under a chair or dresser and use it to support you while you life up. Just be sure to not use anything overly heavy because you will be putting yourself at risk for injury.
