If you are a little confused about who water can be a reward, then you might not be thinking in a “treat yourself” kind of manner. Sure you can drink regular water all the time and feel absolutely nothing. You may even be one of the many people who actually hates water the more you drink it. Well if this is the case and you have experienced this quite a number of times, you need to change things up a little. If you workout every day, or a few days a week, try drinking regular water before and during your workouts. If you have completely finished your workout (meaning no shortcuts or quitting before the workout is supposed to be over) then you should reward yourself with some special water…flavored water to be exact. Flavored water can taste just as wonderful as having dessert after dinner. It is just a whole lot healthier.
