More Exercise Machines….Less Exercise?
Submitted by Jessica on Thu 10/01/2009 - 06:11
While some people may believe that constantly buying the latest in fitness machines are the way they keep in shape, others may not be so easily motivated. Aside from the high cost of fitness machines, you have to worry about choosing the one that is right for you. Not every machine is made for every person. Some fall into the categories of beginner, intermediate, and expert levels. And even though you may spend all the money in the world on a fitness machine, there is nothing that says you will constantly use it to keep in shape.
Motivating yourself to use your machine may be hard, but try using it when you are watching your favorite tv show, or how about while your watching a movie. It is a great way to break yourself away from the routine of eating in front of the tv screen. Whatever your choice, make sure it is a motivating one.
