I know there are a lot of people (not on the low carb diet) who have been told that you should stay away from cabrs, even if you are not on a diet restricts carbs of any form. Well this is just the answer. Your body, at some point, has to have some kind of carbs. If you had no intake of carbs, you would more that likely, be walking around like a zombie. Carbs give your body the energy it needs to get through the day. Carbs are what keep you going when you get tired or sleepy. They help you get through the long days at work. You know that feeling that you get at the end of a work day? It is that short burst of energy that helps you survive the last few minutes on the job. Well you can thank carbs for that little burst of energy.
