I am a 26 year old male, 6'2'' and 260lbs. three years ago I was 180 and in the past always had been smaller. I just found a work out buddy with almost the same body and age as me. We are starting a workout and want to know what exercises to start with?

In the past if I RUN I hurt my chin and do work oit for a weeek or more so no running. I do walk often and hike so maybe something different than those two. ALSO, do steam rooms help ou lose weight your just make you feel better???
