Iam on a diet plan, , im sedenary, I think I am getting too much food, but ive heard you have to eat to loose

some of the best ways to speed up your metabolism is to eat the right healthy foods [such as protein and veggies] for frequently throughout the day (4-6 smaller meals). as well as eating healthy carbs. also, green tea speeds up the metabolism, though be careful not to drink in late in the day as it does have caffeine. also, if you are concerned with your thyroid, consult your physician. i hope this helped a bit. best of luck!

I have been a weight watcher for 30 yrs off and on, like many others ive gained it back again, I know the diet as well as anyone, my question is concerning the fact that nowim 60 yrs old and in bad health, with a thyroid that just hits the bottom sometimes tho in past was always under control, I guess the age has taken the toll on the thyroid, anyway, I am getting 43 points and I am sedenary, I have got to loose some before I am even able to walk far, I think the amount of food which is a lot for someone like me with a bad metabolism and sedenary will prevent me from loosing, but they always say you have to eat to loose, I know the michael Thurmon plan pushes that idea, Can anyone help me, I have asked weight watchers and they dont seem to have a clue, I havent had my first weigh in yet, thanks
ms pat
