The problem that I see with most people is that they will put a lot of time, energy and effort into their work-outs but will not take that same time energy and effort into changing their diets. Take a look and analyze your diet, make sure to cut all refined/processed foods out, up your protein and veggie intake, drink at least 6 glasses of water each day.
