eating right and exercise. those are your two main areas of focus. forget diet pills. in order to drop the weight and keep it off, you need to change your diet and exercise at least 1 hour 5 days/week. Try speed walking or running as basic exercises. and eat 5 small healthy meals per day; salads with protein and protein w/ steamed veggies are great. you will get there. good luck!
